Everbuild 402 Waterseal does not contain any harmful solvents or chemicals and is non-flammable. Everbuild 402 Waterseal penetrates deep into the surface of application and provides a watertight seal for many years. It is also unaffected by UV Rays and offers an improved watertight seal compared to other traditional methods.
